These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://ovelleaskin.com and your purchases from Ovellea. By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
## Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least the age of majority where you live or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with the website’s security or operation; introduce malicious code; or attempt to access another person’s account or information.
## Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, features, availability, and prices accurately. Screens and photography may display colors differently, and packaging or minor product details may change. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, description, or listing error.
The Ovellea Sculptor is sold as a cosmetic beauty and massage tool. Website content is provided for general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual experiences vary, and no specific cosmetic result is guaranteed. Follow the directions and safety warnings supplied with the product. ## Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Ovellea may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, failed payment, inventory changes, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of an offer. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
## Promotions and complimentary gifts
Promotions apply only during the stated offer period and while supplies last. Unless stated otherwise, complimentary gifts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be returned with the qualifying purchase when requesting a change-of-mind refund.
## Shipping, returns, and refunds
Processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, suggestion, or other content to Ovellea, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Ovellea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. You may ask us to stop using customer-created marketing content by emailing contact@ovelleaskin.com, although removal from previously produced materials may not always be possible.
## Intellectual property
The Ovellea name, logos, photography, video, copy, graphics, and website design are owned by Ovellea or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.
## Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party services for functions such as hosting, payments, delivery, analytics, and advertising. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
## Disclaimer of warranties

Before starting a formal claim, you and Ovellea agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting contact@ovelleaskin.com. This does not prevent either party from seeking relief where immediate action is legally necessary.
## Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
## Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
